Join us on the Equinox, Friday, March 20 for “Move for Solace,” an early evening dance party fundraiser from 6:00–8:00 pm at Saxtons River Distillery (155 Chickering Drive, Brattleboro). A cash bar will be available.
Shake off winter. Move your body. Be home by 9. Let’s welcome the returning light!
Music will be provided by DJ Mālama, spinning an energizing mix of funk, disco, R&B, and other dance-worthy favorites to keep the floor moving and spirits lifted. The dance floor is open to everyone and intentionally centers women, queer, trans, and nonbinary community members — because everyone deserves a place to exhale, move, and feel strong.
Admission is a suggested donation of $15–$40 at the door, with all proceeds benefiting Center for Solace. Space is limited so arrive on time! “Move for Solace” is envisioned as the first of what may become a seasonal offering — an opportunity for the community to gather, shake off what’s been weighing on them, and step into the next season together, while raising funds to continue our important work.
